I have never felt more comfortable with any dentist as I feel with Dr. Osama. Everyone at the office is great, starting as soon as you walk in the door. The girls at the front desk are smiling and fun as well as very efficient. My hygienist was fantastic, she was sociable and we had a great conversation about travel for most of the appointment. My nurse was also great, very personable, friendly and engaging. My hero, Dr Osama is truly the best, most informative and caring dentist 🦷 I've ever had. He has literally taken away my fear of going to the dentist, and I have had some major work done in 2025 and now again this year. They are also very accommodating. Thanks very much, all of you. If I have left anyone out, you are probably great too. See you all next week!!!🫶👍💉

It had been a while since my last dental visit — not because I didn’t want to go, but because my longtime dentist had retired (or changed career paths), and a new dentist had taken over the practice. As the “new kid on the block,” I was admittedly hesitant at first. I’ve always been a bit anxious about dental work due to very sensitive teeth (and what feels like an extra set of nerves in my jaw!), so it usually takes me time to build trust with a new dentist. That said, my experience at Dundas Valley Dentistry has been exceptional from day one. Dr. Osama has a truly outstanding chairside manner. At first glance, he may look young — but his knowledge, confidence, and calm, reassuring presence quickly put any concerns to rest. He takes the time to clearly explain what he’s doing before and during treatment, which made me feel completely at ease. Watching him work almost feels like watching an artist at their craft — precise, thoughtful, and professional. His dental assistant Bethany was equally professional and made me feel comfortable during this long procedure. Most recently, I needed caps placed on two cracked molars — a procedure that can be uncomfortable for someone with sensitive teeth like mine. Dr. Osama took extra care to ensure I was fully frozen and comfortable before proceeding. His patience and attention to detail made all the difference. When the caps were placed, they fit perfectly — no adjustments, no discomfort, just seamless work. The entire team at the front desk is equally fantastic — Hillary and Sarah are both friendly, welcoming, and thorough. They always take the time to explain upcoming procedures and what to expect at my next appointment, which I really appreciate. I’m very selective about who I recommend, especially when it comes to dentists — but Dundas Valley Dentistry is an easy 10/10. Absolutely deserving of a five-star review. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Honestly, the first week of January tends to be really stressful and moody and I couldn’t wait to get to this dentist to see Dr. Osama and his staff. That’s how much I really appreciate their vibe friendliness and support. Best dentist in Dundas.!

I enjoyed my experience both times I've been in this year. The staff in general are so lovely. The front desk staff are a true joy, and a pleasure to speak with. Dr. Osama is excellent and thorough. He explains very clearly where improvement is needed (flossing) but with understanding and kindness. I will now be flossing because I understand the function and importance. That's actually a big deal. Most grateful.

Can’t express how thankful I am with my cleaning experience. I haven’t felt this in quite a few years. Explaining every detail. The dentist was not pushy in getting things done but did let me know what was needed and I could do it when I wanted. The ladies at the front desk were so accommodating, helpful and worked with me on all the details. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful experience! I will definitely be back and highly recommend anyone to try it.
